Preview before publish
Publish your first eBay listing batch
The safest first eBay listing is a preview, not a leap. SpellBook reads owned inventory, skips copies that should not be listed, builds the eBay publish payload, and lets you validate before submitting. After publish, active listing review and reconciliation keep eBay from drifting away from your physical stock.
- Step 1
Start from owned, sellable inventory
Use Inventory to confirm the cards are owned and sellable now. Reserved, sold, pulled, or already-listed copies should not become a new eBay publish row.
Review Inventory → - Step 2
Run the eBay publish preview
Open Publish inventory to eBay. Review eligible cards, skipped rows, prices, policies, and sample payloads before submitting the batch.
Open eBay publish → - Step 3
After publish, inspect live listings
The publish job creates marketplace state. Use My eBay listings to review active listings, revise prices, and end listings that should no longer be live.
View my eBay listings → - Step 4
Reconcile drift before customers find it
Run eBay Reconciliation after the first publish and after meaningful edits. SpellBook flags phantom, orphan, price-drift, and quantity-drift rows so the marketplace stays aligned with stock.
