One source of truth
Cross-list without losing track of stock
Cross-listing only works when one system owns the physical truth. TCGplayer and eBay are sales channels. SpellBook is where you decide whether a copy is owned, sellable now, reserved, listed, sold, or drifted. The workflow is to list from SpellBook, let marketplaces sell, then reconcile every sale or drift back into inventory.
- Step 1
Read channel state before listing again
Inventory Channels shows which copies are linked to TCGplayer or eBay state. Use it before another export so you do not blindly list a copy that is already live somewhere else.
Open Inventory Channels → - Step 2
Choose the next marketplace action
Use List on TCGplayer for an Update CSV when TCGplayer needs add or update rows. Use eBay publish when eBay needs new listings or repricing from the same inventory source.
Open List on TCGplayer → - Step 3
Record sales on the canonical route
When TCGplayer sells a card, Sold upload closes the accounting loop. When eBay changes or drifts, eBay Reconciliation points you to the row that needs action.
Open Sold upload → - Step 4
Run reconciliation after listing changes
Reconciliation is how SpellBook proves marketplace state still matches physical stock. Run it after large exports, publish jobs, manual marketplace edits, or a burst of sales.
