Buylist Screener

Buylist arbitrage looks for cards where a dealer buylist is paying more than the current TCGplayer market price. The spread can turn collection copies into a fast cash exit without listing the card, waiting for a buyer, or managing marketplace fees. SpellBook Finance compares vendor demand, retail market price, spread percentage, spread dollars, and quantity wanted so you can spot which cards are worth pulling from inventory first.

Buylist Arbitrage FAQ

What is MTG buylist arbitrage?

MTG buylist arbitrage is the gap between what a vendor will pay for a card and what the same card is worth on the retail market. When the buylist offer is higher, selling to the vendor can be cleaner than listing the card yourself.

Why can a buylist price beat TCGplayer market?

Vendors may need inventory for a hot card, a specific finish, or a set they are understocked on. That demand can push a buylist offer above TCGplayer market for a short window before prices normalize.

What does spread percentage mean?

Spread percentage compares the best vendor offer against the card's market price. A higher spread means the vendor exit is paying more relative to retail value, but quantity and condition still matter before selling.

Is the logged-out buylist table live data?
